️ Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Helper

Mansfield, TX | Work across the DFW Metroplex

Comfort Technologies is hiring a Lead Commercial HVAC Technician / Installer  who would be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and / or repairs of HVAC systems including ductwork installation for job sites across the DFW area. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working with tools and wants to grow in the commercial HVAC trade.

What You’ll Do :

Installation and Maintenance : Oversee and perform the installation, repair and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems : rooftops units, split systems, air handlers and air distribution.

Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality.

Customer Interaction : Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide technical recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with completed work.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, parts used, and time spent on projects.

Training and Development : Train junior technicians on best practices, safety protocols, and advanced HVAC techniques.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

✅ What We’re Looking For :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.

Professional, dependable, and committed to high-quality work.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Details :

Location : Based in Mansfield, TX

Work Area : Job sites across DFW (you’ll report to the site)

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime)

Pay : Competitive and based on experience
