Adaptive Solutions Group is partnering with a well-established company in Overland Park, KS. They are in search of a Member Services Specialist to join their growing team in their Servicing Department. You'll be the first point of contact for customers nationwide—solving real problems, making an impact, and learning the ins and outs of servicing. You'll work within an automated call queue, helping resolve a range of mortgage-related inquiries such as payment applications, address changes, account research, credit reporting questions, and more.

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 7am-8pm and Saturday 9am-1pm

• There is a morning shift and an afternoon shift (both are available)
• Saturdays- the team rotates this shift
• Additional $5 / hr. for employees that work 6pm-8pm Monday-Friday (if desired)

Location : Overland Park, KS- On-Site

Job Type : Permanent

Salary : $41,600- $45,760- yearly merit increase
