Description

We are looking for a skilled and creative Web Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves planning and executing engaging marketing strategies to support for one of our B2B lines and other assigned projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a collaborative and innovative team, this position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support sales efforts for our janitorial company.

Design and manage social media campaigns using platforms like Pardot, Social Pilot, and Meta for Business to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing to create consistent inbound and outbound marketing initiatives.

Maintain and update Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring accurate customer and prospect data while generating relevant reports.

Analyze data from social platforms and campaigns to optimize performance and improve outreach strategies.

Coordinate advertising opportunities and assist with internal event planning as needed.

Research and follow up on incoming leads while maintaining database integrity through data mining and analysis.

Communicate daily with business development, field operations, and marketing team members to ensure project completion.

Prepare detailed proposals and RFP documents in alignment with organizational specifications and deadlines.

Manage creative content and ensure high-quality proofreading and editing for marketing materials.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and advanced knowledge of platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce.

Demonstrated ability to strategize and execute marketing plans with attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach to communication.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

Familiarity with social media and digital marketing best practices, including campaign planning and analytics.

Proven ability to manage CRM systems and maintain data integrity.

Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and email campaign design and implementation.
