Are you ready to lead transformative projects and shape the future?

We’re hiring for multiple Senior Preconstruction Managers to join a nationally respected GC. Our client is a leader in the construction of mixed-use, healthcare, life sciences, and more. Openings in Charlotte & Washington DC area. These are high-impact leadership roles where you’ll collaborate with owners, designers, and internal teams to win and deliver major builds from concept through budget. Prefer construction backgrounds with Industrial, Warehouses, Multi Family, Schools, & Dealerships.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead preconstruction strategy and budget development
  • Provide all estimations
  • Manage RFPs, quality surveys, and vendor relationships
  • Mentor managers and drive business growth
  • Value Engineering

    • What You Bring :

  • 8+ years in GMAX budgeting and estimating
  • Bachelor’s in Construction or Engineering
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Local market knowledge preferred
