Rotational Engineer

Your Engineering rotation will take you into the office and onto the shop floor. You will get your hands dirty. You will spend 9 months in each of our manufacturing facilities gaining wide exposure, building your technical foundation, and learning how the entire organization works.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a nine-month rotation across MetalTek manufacturing facilities to gain broad exposure to engineering and operations.
• Build a technical foundation and learn how the organization functions end-to-end.
• Apply metallurgical, materials, and mechanical principles to real-world manufacturing challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support product development and process improvement.
