Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and ensure alignment with client goals across EMEA
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing SDR teams in multiple EMEA countries
Design and implement performance monitoring reports and dashboards using CRM platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience managing Sales Development teams in the technology or SaaS sector
Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Salesforce and HubSpot
Expertise in building prospect databases using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Fluency in English and German; additional European language skills are a plus
