Workday HCM Project Manager

A company is looking for a Workday Implementation Project Manager to lead a successful Workday HCM deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client-side project manager for the Workday HCM implementation

Develop and maintain the project plan, timeline, and resource allocation strategy

Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring timely completion of deliverables

Required Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience with Workday HCM, including at least one full implementation cycle

3+ years of project management experience with enterprise software implementations

Strong understanding of HR processes and systems

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field

Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget
