Job Description
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
Monitor project performance, identifying and addressing potential risks or delays proactively.
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members to promote professional growth.
Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
