Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential candidates for Haute Real Estate, Haute Jets, and Haute Insurance.Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Required Skills
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate, aviation, or insurance industries.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.Pay range and compensation package
