Compensation : 40% of placement fees (average earnings $100K–$300K+ annually)

The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced Technical Recruiters ready to take control of their earnings and career growth.
This is a commission-only opportunity where you’ll keep 40% of every placement fee — with uncapped earning potential.
You’ll work remotely, manage your own pipeline, and collaborate with a network of top recruiters placing talent into high-impact technical roles.
What You’ll Do
Source, engage, and close high-caliber technical talent (Software Engineers, AI / ML Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Product Managers, etc.)
Partner directly with hiring managers and founders across 200+ active clients
Manage full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing
Leverage our AI-driven CRM, lead flow, and training to maximize productivity and placements
Build long-term client and candidate relationships that drive repeat success
Operate independently while collaborating within a high-performance recruiting network
What We Offer
Requirements
Lead full-cycle technical recruiting with a focus on backend, full-stack, and product engineering roles. Partner with founders and engineering leaders to grow the team from ~3 to 20+ engineers this year. Source, assess, and close top technical talent with urgency and precision. Build processes, pipelines, and recruiting infrastructure from scratch, suited for a high-intensity early-stage team. Help define what “high-bar” talent looks like and maintain that standard as the team scales.
