Our client in the home care industry is hiring a Creative Strategist!

About the Role

We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to own and scale our creative output. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and performance marketing—developing short-form, ads-focused content that drives growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the creative strategy for TikTok, Meta, and emerging paid channels.
  • Build and manage a high-volume creative pipeline (~80 ads and 40 videos weekly).
  • Oversee collaboration with creators and editors to deliver compelling, on-brand assets.
  • Develop briefs, manage production timelines, and ensure output aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Partner with growth and media teams to test, analyze, and iterate creative for performance.
  • Conduct regular reviews of creative performance to refine messaging, hooks, and formats.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in performance-driven creative strategy (DTC brand or agency).
  • Proven experience building and optimizing ad production processes at scale.
  • Strong expertise in short-form content tailored to TikTok and Meta platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing and paid social campaigns.
  • Experience managing relationships with DTC content creators.
  • Ability to translate data into creative decisions and optimize content for performance.
  • Resourceful, collaborative, and motivated to build long-term within a lean, high-growth team.
