Creative Strategist – Automotive Dealership Training
Position Overview
We are seeking a Creative Strategist to lead the strategic evolution of our automotive dealership training ecosystem. This critical role will bridge the gap between our current training methods and our vision for a modern learning approach, ensuring a pragmatic and effective transformation that serves the unique needs of automotive retail environments.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Vision Alignment
Develop comprehensive roadmaps for transitioning from current training methodologies to next-generation learning experiences
Challenge and refine project vision through critical analysis and automotive retail expertise
Create strategic frameworks that balance the modern learning approach with practical implementation realities
Identify and mitigate risks associated with rapid digital transformation in learning
Cross-Functional Integration
Collaborate with operations teams to align online learning initiatives with dealership coaching programs
Design connection points between digital microlearning modules and hands-on dealership coaching
Ensure seamless integration of learning experiences across all touchpoints in the dealer ecosystem
Work with content and technology teams to ensure learning solutions meet real-world automotive retail needs
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management
Create and deliver compelling executive presentations that communicate strategy, progress, and business impact
Develop PowerPoint presentations for C-level audiences and key stakeholders
Translate complex learning design concepts into business language and measurable outcomes
Present quarterly progress reports and strategic recommendations to leadership teams
Required Qualifications
Learning & Design Expertise
Proven experience in learning experience design (LXD) with focus on mobile-first approaches
Deep understanding of microlearning methodologies and their application in professional settings
Experience with gen-AI powered learning platforms and adaptive learning technologies
Knowledge of adult learning principles in high-pressure retail environments
Industry Knowledge
Understanding of automotive retail operations, dealership structures, and sales processes
Familiarity with automotive OEM training requirements and compliance standards
Experience working with dealership coaching or consulting teams
Knowledge of automotive customer experience and service excellence standards
Strategic & Communication Skills
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills with executive-level audience experience
Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders around common vision
Experience managing complex, multi-phase transformation initiatives
