Home Instead is seeking a dynamic professional who is a team-oriented self-starter and desires to work for a leader in the growing home care industry. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, possesses great communication skills, and can work effectively with all co-workers, colleagues, professionals in the industry, and clients / families. As the Home Care Consultant and as a part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing current and future client and referral provider relationships. Communicate and meet with prospective clients and family members seeking home care services.

Qualifications :

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Two (2) or more years of experience in customer relations, related business, and / or sales experience
• Ability to demonstrate confidentiality, discretion, integrity, and fair-mindedness
• Ability to multi-task, manage time, and be detail-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, and the ability to learn new software programs quickly and efficiently
• Ability to be cross-trained within the company
