Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Providing specialized occupational therapy services within an educational setting, this contract position based in Tullahoma, TN, offers the opportunity to support students in their developmental and sensory needs over a flexible leave duration. The role emphasizes direct involvement with students, collaboration with educational teams, and contributing to tailored intervention plans that promote student success.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments for students referred for occupational therapy or sensory evaluations, as well as those due for re-evaluation. The therapist will deliver direct services to approximately 11 students spread across four schools and consult on the needs of 15-20 additional students. Active participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and support team consultations is integral to effectively address and support student goals. The position requires approximately 7 hours per day, 3 days per week, with a preference for in-person support to maximize student interactions and collaboration, and the potential for increased hours should referral volume rise.

• Ability to manage multiple caseloads efficiently across varied school settings
• Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance with educational regulations
