Location :

• Hybrid work schedule in the Rockville, MD, office (Tuesdays and Thursdays) As our Senior Solutions Engineer, you will help nonprofits envision what’s possible with Salesforce.
• You will connect their mission to the tech, leading discovery conversations, crafting forward-thinking solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to design proposals and demos that inspire action.
• This is a strategic, customer-facing role with a blend of consulting, sales engineering, and storytelling.

Responsibilities :

Qualifications Salesforce certifications in Agentforce Specialist, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud Significant experience in a customer-facing role or sales organization Excellent business and technical presentation skills, communication ( oral & written ), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management Ambitious and self-motivated with a high emotional IQ Ability to make decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan with limited guidance Results-oriented, prioritizes work activities, plans and stays organized in order to meet commitments Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Previous experience in pre or post-Sales support What We Offer :
