About Our Client

Our client is a manufacturer of high precision metal tubing used for a variety of different industries. To support the organizations growth, they are investing into their quality department and focused on hiring skilled professionals. They are constantly working to find new and innovative ways to improve their manufacturing processes and offer state of the art tube mills and re-cutting capabilities. As a result of their rapid growth, they are looking to bring on a new quality engineer to assist the team.

Job Description

• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 QMS
• Performing process checks / inspections
• Collecting data and analyzing data utilizing SPC
• Problem solving utilizing root cause, 8D, 5Why
• Gauge R&R and gage calibration

The Successful Applicant

• Experience working in a metal / machining manufacturing environment (plastic background is applicable)
• Experience reading and interpreting blue prints
• Strong background with ISO 9001 QMS
• Strong problem solving skills (CAPA)
• Auditing experience is a plus but trainable
• No sponsorship is offered for this role
