Interior Specialties is a Florida based specialty subcontractor providing Division 10 and 12 Shading and Specialties across the State of Florida with an office in Jensen Beach, Florida. We have been an ENR Top 100 Specialty Sub-Contractor every year since 2003 and our customers make up most of the largest and most successful GC’s and Construction Managers in Florida. These customers build some of the most interesting and varied projects in the State. If you are looking for a fast-paced environment to apply your energy, talent and experience then we want you.

Our project managers handle multiple projects from $10,000 to over $1,000,000. To be successful, you’ll need to be very organized, have a good understanding of the commercial construction process, be able to manage multiple priorities and have a willingness to learn.

Job Functions and Duties

• Utilize your expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain project budgets for materials and labor

Order materials and schedule installation for your projects.
