Overview

Assistant Professor of Instruction - Integrative Biology at the University of South Florida. This is a full-time, 9-month, non-tenure earning teaching faculty appointment at the level of Assistant Professor of Instruction, beginning August 7, 2026. The successful candidate will become a voting member of the Department of Integrative Biology and may supervise undergraduate research and pursue the Professor of Instruction promotional path.

Responsibilities

• Teach 3 courses per semester, including Human Anatomy & Physiology, Animal Science, Introduction to Animal Anatomy, or General Physiology.
• Develop an upper-level course within the candidate's specialty.
• Possibly participate in supplemental summer appointments based on department needs and available resources.
