Responsibilities

• Design, coding, and debugging software applications using the .NET framework
• Architect scalable and efficient applications
• Performance optimization and code refactoring
• Enforce secure coding standards through peer code reviews and automated testing
• Guide development teams to review business requirements, design documents, test plans / test cases and performance testing plans
• Effectively communicate technical solutions and recommendations to senior level management
• Expedite the speed of development cycle from month to week and ensure that the developers have the knowledge / experience of accelerating the DESIGN-to-CODE to quickly move from low / high fidelity prototypes to actual interactive UIs

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $160,000 – 190,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant's years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard Asset Management's compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.
