Associate Attorney

Dynamic seven attorney boutique commercial real estate law firm located in the Mosaic District of Fairfax seeks an associate with 0-4 years of experience. Our practice has local, regional and national scope with a clientele consisting of a broad array of sophisticated owners of commercial real estate assets, including multi-family housing, senior housing communities, data centers, electric vehicle charging properties and office and retail properties. Candidate would immediately work on matters ranging from office and retail leasing to multi-asset nine figure portfolio transactions with venture and traditional financing. Candidate would enjoy direct client contact, but with a collegial learning atmosphere, supervised by partners with extensive complex commercial real estate expertise.
