Position Overview- Were looking for fashion-forward, sales-driven Opticians to join our team. If youre passionate about style, thrive in a luxury retail environment, and love helping clients look and feel their best, this is your opportunity to shine.

Compensation

  • Hourly pay commensurate with experience
  • Additional commission on all sales your earning potential is in your hands!

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive personal and team sales to exceed goals and KPIs
  • Deliver concierge-style service to every client
  • Stay current with fashion trends and share styling expertise
  • Build lasting relationships through client outreach and follow-up
  • Maintain showroom standards for cleanliness and merchandising
  • Collaborate with team members to create seamless luxury experiences
  • Support nearby stores when needed flexibility is essential
  • Weekend availability required

  • ABOC or dispensing license preferred
