Responsibilities :

- Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records and databases.
- Manage email correspondence, including drafting, responding, and organizing communications.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events to optimize workflow.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to important information.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support team operations and objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of projects and tasks.
- Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
