Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the "Best Places to Work" in the North Bay Business Journal, is looking for a Relationship Officer to join our team at the Greenbrae branch.
The Relationship Officer is responsible for assisting branch and regional management in meeting or exceeding small business / professional product sales goals to include retention, acquisition and cross- deposits, investments, cash management and loans, and fee income / referrals. Manage business depository and loan relationships. Increase the Bank's share of customer's total relationship through cross sales and working with customers to present solutions to short- and long term strategic objectives to meet their financial needs and goals. Regularly introduce customers to other areas of the Bank to service special needs. Monitor and enhance profitability of all Small Business relationships. Perform ongoing portfolio management and servicing.

The hiring pay range for this position is $68,640 - $89,363. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level.
