Job Setting : 154-Bed General Acute Care Hospital; Level III Trauma Center. 4,722 Annual Cases. Medically Directed.

Type of Cases : General, Otrho, OB, Endo, GI, Neuro, Podiatry, Urology, ENT. No Cardiac, Pain, Plastics, Thorracic, or Vascular.

Credentialing : 90 Days on Average. Temporary Privileges May Be Available. Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified / Board Eligible : CRNA
