As an Intake Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for people searching for guidance during one of the hardest moments of their lives. Your voice and energy will make all the difference as you get them the help they deserve.

We have decided to re-open our hiring with a small class of new hires — Those who prove they're driven, dependable, and aligned with our mission will grow quickly within the firm because many of our top paid performers started in this very role. Because of previous high demand for this paid training program, we will be re-opening it for 4 weeks only. Fast action will be rewarded.

What You'll Do :

  • Respond quickly to inbound calls, texts, chats, and emails from potential clients. First impressions matter, your words will shape how we're seen.
  • Gather key case information with empathy, confidence, and accuracy.
  • Ensure no lead goes unanswered. Your follow-through could change someone’s life.
  • Accurately enter information so our legal team can move fast to help our clients.
  • Assess potential clients. You help us make sure we help the right people.

You'll Fit In Here If :

  • You genuinely care about helping others and love making people feel heard.
  • You’re comfortable on the phone, quick-thinking, and confident when speaking
  • You can type while talking and stay organized under pressure.
  • You’ve worked in sales or customer service and know how to connect and convert with warmth. Our best Intake Specialists share this background.
