Intake Specialist

About the Job :

• The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori seeks a strong Intake Specialist.
• Responsible for answering all intake calls and completing intake questions with clients, as well as providing high levels of service to ensure we have a good first impression.
• Responsible for screening all calls and finding out if the client would prefer an intake specialist visit to their home, an office appointment, or email documents.
• If the case appears to have issues schedule the client to visit the office and partner with the supervisor.
• Required to send email to the supervisor, and other intake specialists on every intake call for follow-up. Include attorneys if the cases are catastrophic, or if an attorney’s opinion is needed.
• Add client contact information into Prolaw with new intake, and import the email into the events tab.
• Once we obtain signed contracts on the new case, open the matter in Prolaw, create pre-suit checklist, and complete section one for intake.
• Once we receive the driver’s exchange, send the driver’s exchange to PIG to verify insurance coverage.
• Follow up with the client regarding which doctor they chose and the status of property damage.
• If the client does not have a treating physician, send the client a list of doctors near their home or work.
• Update intake spreadsheet per case, every day through the day.
• Follow up with PIG regarding insurance verification.
• Print the intake email and keep it on the desk until the case is signed.
• Set up and clean up conference rooms when the firm hosts mediations or depositions.
