Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead all technology functions across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing the IT department, ensuring security compliance, and driving technological innovation that aligns with our business goals. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on problem solver, capable of collaborating with multiple departments to implement and maintain systems that support our growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify technology needs and make strategic recommendations to business decision-makers
• Ensure compliance with federal technology and security requirements
• Manage IT personnel, including developers, security analysts, support technicians, and vendors
• Oversee the maintenance of hardware, software, and company IT infrastructure
• Lead technology upgrades and manage company-wide system updates
• Facilitate training sessions to educate employees on new systems and features
• Evaluate and enhance IT security measures to protect company data
• Partner with other departments to understand and address their IT needs
• Regularly assess current systems to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement
