About the Role :
A leading global financial services organization is seeking a Document Controller with a strong background in construction project documentation . This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, organization, and compliance of all project-related documents across multiple construction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain construction documentation including drawings, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Ensure version control and proper distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely document flow.
- Use document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint) to track and archive project files.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by maintaining organized and accessible records.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience in document control within construction or infrastructure projectsProficiency in document management platforms such as Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similarStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with construction terminology and workflows.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience supporting construction projects in corporate or financial environmentsKnowledge of project lifecycle documentation standards and regulatory compliance.
