Document Controller (New York)

About the Role :

A leading global financial services organization is seeking a Document Controller with a strong background in construction project documentation . This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, organization, and compliance of all project-related documents across multiple construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain construction documentation including drawings, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure version control and proper distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely document flow.
• Use document control systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint) to track and archive project files.
• Support audits and compliance reviews by maintaining organized and accessible records.
