Key Responsibilities
Manage claims by analyzing exposure, planning actions, and resolving claims effectively
Communicate with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure resolution
Document claim activity and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
Experience in Federal DBA and Longshore claims preferred
