Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer

Overview

As an Advanced Mechanical Design Engineer here at Honeywell Intelligrated, you will be a key contributor to the design and development of cutting-edge automation solutions. Your strong knowledge of mechanical design principles & methodologies will ensure that the products developed meet the highest standards of quality & reliability. You will be part of our Core Product Center of Excellence and will work out of our Mason, OH location on a hybrid 3-2 work schedule. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative electro-mechanical systems & components, ensuring they drive value to our customers while enhancing overall performance & functionality of our products. You will be part of a leader in the material handling industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in the development of conveyance & material handling equipment, from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mechanical requirements & specifications.
• Design and develop electro-mechanical systems, components & assemblies.
• Support installation & aftermarket on customer deployments and issue resolution.
• Travel up to 10%
