The Day-to-day
- Train Team : Mentor and train Cooks, Pre Cooks, and Support kitchen staff on their job responsibilities.
- Process Requisitions : Ensure all requisitions are correctly processed and placed in the designated areas.
- Label for Safety : Label and date all products to maintain safekeeping and sanitation.
- Ensure Quality : Monitor food quality.
- Communicate Effectively : Collaborate with management and service staff to address any guest or employee needs.
- Assist Executive Chef : Help with purchasing, receiving, purveyor lists, and inventory management for kitchen items.
- Set Goals : Support the Executive Chef in establishing goals focused on profit, product quality, and team development.

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is : $47,165.76 - $62,258.70. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location. Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans.
