As we continue to expand our reach within our key verticals, we are seeking a strategic and energetic Sales Development Representative to own and accelerate our growth within our valuable franchise ecosystem.
The Opportunity :
This is not a typical cold-calling SDR role. We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to strategically grow our business within the existing franchise systems of our key clients and partners. You will be the dedicated link between Ignite Visibility and franchise locations, working a pipeline of warm leads while also demonstrating the skill to prospect new, cold opportunities within these systems.
Your primary mission is to build relationships with franchisees and educate them on our proven marketing products and services, upsell additional solutions to existing clients, and initiate conversations with new franchises that are part of our clientele or partner networks. You will be instrumental in scaling our impact and driving revenue by activating new locations.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Outreach :
Execute a high-volume of strategic outbound calls and emails to franchisees within our existing client and partner systems.
Warm Lead Nurturing :
Engage with warm leads provided by our existing client and partner relationships, quickly building rapport and identifying needs.
Cold Prospecting :
Identify and prospect new, cold franchise leads within assigned systems to build a robust and qualified pipeline.
Upselling & Cross-Selling :
Work closely with the account management team to understand client success stories and proactively upsell additional Ignite Visibility services to existing franchisee clients.
Qualification & Scheduling :
Meticulously qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT), and schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
CRM Excellence :
Maintain accurate and timely activity and pipeline records in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to track progress against goals.

Logistics & Requirements :
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be available to work core business hours spanning Pacific Standard Time (PST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST) to effectively collaborate with our team and clients across the country.
