KeyResponsibilities :

  • Manageandsupervisethepayrollworkload,ensuringconfidentialityandcompliancewithfederalandstatelaws.
  • Processsemi-monthlyandmonthlymulti-statepayroll,includinghandlinggarnishments,benefits,andtaxes.
  • SupervisePayrollCoordinatorsandtheirworkproducts.
  • Analyzeandimproveexistingpoliciesandprocedures.
  • Preparecomprehensivereportsonearnings,taxes,deductions,andmore.
  • Collaboratewiththetechnologyteamtoreviewandtestsystemupdates.
  • Monitoraccurateupdatesfornewhires,promotions,andterminations.
  • Supportinternalandexternalauditsrelatedtopayroll.
  • Leadpayroll-relatedinitiativesandprojects.
  • Upholdhighstandardsofconfidentialityandintegrity.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor'sdegreeandequivalentexperiencerequired.
  • Minimumof6+yearsofexperience,preferablyinaprofessionalservicesenvironment.
  • CertifiedPayrollProfessional(CPP)preferred.
  • Supervisoryexperiencerequired.
  • Excellentcommunication,analytical,andorganizationalskills.
