Compensation : Starting at $65,000 annually

Job Description

As our LIFE Center Manager , you’ll lead a dedicated team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the LIFE Center. Your leadership will ensure that participants receive the highest quality care and services in a safe, welcoming environment. You'll also play a key role in strengthening collaboration across departments, enhancing care coordination, and fostering a culture where everyone feels valued—staff and participants alike.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead and support an interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional, participant-centered services
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with LIFE program regulations
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to continuously improve outcomes and satisfaction
• Foster a positive workplace culture built on respect, trust, and shared mission
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets responsibly
