job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMonitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the logistics and distribution location. Verify credentials and permissions for individuals seeking access to restricted areas. Document and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and site leadership. Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting employees, visitors, and vendors as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site-specific protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Support emergency response activities, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific procedures as directed. Maintain accurate and detailed records of access control activities, incidents, and daily events. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
