Work Location : TOTAL Mechanical - Janesville

Division : Janesville (Full Time, Exempt)

Under the direction of the Division Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for taking all commercial service repair requests, both internal and external, and ensuring a timely response to the customer.

Qualifications

  • Education : High School Diploma / GED
  • Years of Relevant Work Experience : 1 to 2 years of service quoting experience
  • Physical Job Requirements : Move within an office setting and operate computer software

Key Activities

  • Repair Quotes. Take, understand, evaluate, and prioritize repair requests from customers, Account Executives, and technicians.
  • Preventive Maintenance. Maintain and assist with complete orders and select vendors for supplying materials.
  • Technician Information. Maintain contact and record information from technicians.
  • Standards. Ensure SOPs are followed and create procedures when none exist. Help in the creation of procedures when none exist. Ensure all disciplines are using similar procedures.
  • Training. Keep current on vendor equipment updates and enhancements.
