Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Pharmacy Specialist for a full-time, day-shift opportunity in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for pharmacists who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced hospital environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities :

Provide safe, effective, and timely medication therapy.

Deliver patient-centered care in a decentralized hospital setting, working alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Participate in all aspects of the medication-use system while providing prehensive pharmaceutical care.

Support both centralized and decentralized pharmacy operations.

Required Qualifications :

PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.

Active Oklahoma Pharmacist license in good standing.

Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting.

pletion of :

PGY-1 residency or fellowship and PGY-2 specialty residency / fellowship in a relevant field; or

PGY-1 residency or fellowship plus 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience (if no PGY-2); or

5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience with no residency / fellowship.

Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) certification, or ability to obtain within 1 year.

BLS certification.

ALS / ACLS certification.

Board Certification (required).

Preferred Qualifications :

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record systems.
