Overview

The Creative Director (Art) is responsible for leading the campaign and platform creative for

• .Com, Social channels and content creation. This leadership role includes assigning teams, inspiring

those teams to consistently produce exceptional concepts and final work, and working closely with

account management to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the quality of our creative work.

Partners with the Group / Executive Creative Director to address performance, workflow, and

quality issues and develop long-range plans for the team.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy, Copy, and Design

both our clients' expectations and our own standards of excellence.

to their strategic needs in proposing creative solutions.

participate in new business pitch opportunities.

to maximize the productivity and quality of work from the creative staff.

consumer needs, and the competitor's landscape

photographers, working and coordinating with Production and Account staff

concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals.

Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team.

Compensation Range : $127,585-$174,600 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
