Creative Director Job at Neuberger Berman in New York

Neuberger Berman is seeking a Creative Director to join the Marketing team. This person will be responsible for leading and managing Neuberger’s in-house “creative agency,” with key team members in New York, London, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Tokyo. This role will have direct oversight over the firm’s creative design and production across print, digital and multimedia. You will work closely with cross-functional teams globally, across brand marketing, corporate communications, content and channel marketing, and with investment professionals and senior leadership, to ensure consistent design and seamless execution across various platforms.

Responsibilities

Creative Direction and Design

• Lead creative design through the implementation of new brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across marketing and communication materials.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop innovative and captivating storytelling strategies.
• Oversee the development of engaging and visually compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, reports, and digital assets.
• Ensure that all creative outputs meet high-quality standards, align with the brand guidelines, and are delivered within established timelines.
• Provide artistic direction and guidance to the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists.
• Drive innovation in design and user experience, informed by data and analytics

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $180,000-$200,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, business sector, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, market benchmarking data, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
