Compensation & Perks
Base Salary : $65,000$80,000 commensurate with experience
Uncapped Commission + Multiple Bonus Structures

Youll thrive here if you have :
Experience with in-person luxury retail, hospitality, or high-ticket consultative sales
A competitive mindset background in athletics, performance, or other achievement-driven arenas is a plus

Exceptional communication and presentation skills youre charismatic, articulate, and naturally engaging

What Youll Do :
As an in-person Account Executive, youll take full ownership of your success, managing your pipeline, cultivating high-value relationships, and delivering an exceptional, tailored experience to every client.
Your responsibilities will include :
Delivering a luxury, high-touch sales experience in one of our beautiful showrooms
Guiding clients through the Hstens story, craftsmanship, and health benefits
Managing your own sales pipeline and nurturing long-term relationships
Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets through in-store and relationship-driven sales
Representing Hstens and The Sleep Spa brand with confidence, polish, and professionalism
Becoming an expert in sleep health, product knowledge, and client education
Supporting showroom events and brand activations when required
