Security Professional- Unarmed Cre Patrol Specialist

As a Security Professional- Unarmed CRE Patrol Specialist in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all occupants and visitors. Your presence and attention to detail will support a secure atmosphere, while your commitment to outstanding customer service and communication reflects our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. Pay Rate : $17.37 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time :

Wednesday 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Thursday 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Saturday 07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM

Sunday 07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in controlling access to the location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site policies.
  • Support emergency preparedness and response efforts, including following established protocols during drills and real events.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal at all times.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Experience with access control systems and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
