Job Description
The main task of a document management specialist is to produce digital copies of documents for retention purposes. The document management specialist manning the scanner needs to make any adjustments necessary for legible and clean scans. The document management specialist is also responsible for organizing scanned documents on various local, network and cloud storage devices.

Primary Responsibilities
Scan and upload sensitive documents into a digital central repository.Assist with ensuring that documents are stored in a central repository to meet regulatory expectations and comply with internal policies and procedures.Audit existing documents maintained in a central repository to validate quality of scans and index accuracy.Provide timely and accurate scanning, filing and maintenance of the documents for electronic storage.Maintain file room and monitor and record access.Import loan documents from Encompass.Organize scans and index work from Mortgage Servicing into IdentifiOther duties as assignedDesired Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalentGeneral computer skills including basic Excel and Adobe Reader / AcrobatOrganizational skillsGood visual acuity
