Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the learning strategy for multiple roles across the GTM organization
Lead end-to-end curriculum design, from onboarding to advanced enablement, grounded in adult learning theory
Collaborate with leadership and GTM program managers to align learning with team goals
Required Qualifications
8+ years in a learning experience, instructional design, or enablement role ideally supporting technical or pre-sales teams
5+ years of experience building and managing a team of LXD professionals
Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum development
Proficiency with AI and learning tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Articulate Rise, Camtasia)
Familiarity with LMS / CMS systems and modern training formats like microlearning and simulations
