Job Summary Kinaras Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the CAGE Program Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing system data integrity, supporting configuration management initiatives, and facilitating successful system changes throughout their lifecycle. This role includes generating actionable data insights, supporting change request processes, maintaining compliance with government standards, and collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure project success.
In this pivotal role, the Data Analyst and Configuration Manager will serve as a bridge between technical implementation teams and program management, ensuring that all system data, configuration activities, and change processes are fully aligned with mission objectives and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical expertise and attention to detail to proactively identify risks, streamline workflows, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance the integrity and performance of the CAGE Program’s IT systems. - Manage and analyze program data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with functional and operational requirements.
- Lead Configuration Management (CM) activities, including the submission and tracking of Change Requests through their entire lifecycle, ensuring milestones and schedules are met.
- Maintain regular communication with the Configuration Control Board (CCB), Information System Security Officer (ISSO), and Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to ensure compliance with government configuration and data policies.
- Generate, maintain, and manage issue trackers in Microsoft SharePoint to comprehensively document and report issues found during testing or data validation.
- Develop and implement data strategies and master data management requirements to support both ongoing operations and future enhancements.
- Assess existing IT and data capabilities, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies or improved processes.
- Provide data analysis to support impact assessments for proposed system changes and inform decision-making for project enhancements.
- Create, execute, and document test cases for system functionality, configuration changes, and data updates, including facilitating meetings to review results with developers and key team members.
- Support the CAGE PMO in overall project management activities, including status reporting, schedule tracking, and risk identification.
- Participate in project planning sessions, stakeholder conferences, and team meetings to align configuration and data management activities with program goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, configuration management, or related roles within IT or government contracting environments.Strong expertise in Microsoft SharePoint for tracking issues, managing documentation, and supporting configuration management processes.Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.Hands-on experience preparing and documenting test scenarios and executing test cases for functional, implementation, and regression testing.Demonstrated understanding of federal government standards for data and configuration management, including RMF, information assurance, or similar frameworks.Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.Relevant certifications (such as ITIL, PMP, or data analytics certifications) are advantageous.Equal Opportunity Employer Disclosure :
