Job Description

Dewberry is currently seeking a Geospatial Data Analyst in our Fairfax VA office. Work assignments will involve deployments to client sites for up to 6-to-12 months at a time.

Responsibilities

Candidates will have strong competencies and demonstrated experience developing data management, analysis, and visualization solutions with an emphasis on business analytics. Work assignments will be varied to include :

• Work on consulting projects for government and commercial clients.
• Support large scale geospatial analytical modeling efforts to identify hazards, assess risk, and evaluate risk reduction methods.
• Apply statistical, numerical and / or computer application techniques.
• Develop web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Participate in testing, supporting and deploying tools and preparing technical documentation.
