$72,943 - $105,000 annually (plus bonuses & differentials)

About the Opportunity

HireNow Staffing is partnering with a highly regarded community-based hospital in the heart of Colorado, seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join its Cardiac Care / Intensive Care Unit (CVICU / CCU) . This 13-bed, high-acuity department provides comprehensive care across the lifespan from newborns to seniors supporting a wide range of critical and progressive care needs.

This facility is recognized for its state-of-the-art Hybrid Cardiac Catheterization Lab , uniquely designed to integrate interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and cardiothoracic / vascular surgery. Nurses in this department play a vital role in advancing cardiac care with cutting-edge technology and a collaborative, patient-centered approach.

What You'll Do

As a CVICU / CCU RN, you will :

Deliver expert nursing care for patients with complex cardiovascular conditions requiring critical and intermediate-level support.

Provide Day-0 CVICU care , ensuring patient stability during the most acute stages of treatment.

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to create tailored treatment plans.

Perform continuous monitoring, intervention, and documentation for patients with life-threatening or unstable conditions.

Assist with procedures and manage patients before and after interventional or surgical cardiovascular treatments.

Serve as a patient advocate and family resource, ensuring clear communication and compassionate care throughout the continuum.

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program (ADN or BSN).

Active Colorado RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start).

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification from the American Heart Association (required prior to start).

Minimum 3 years of recent CVICU RN experience , including proficiency in critical care protocols, advanced monitoring, and ventilator management.

Demonstrated ability to perform in high-acuity environments with precision and composure.

Compensation & Differentials

ADN RNs : $36.76 $54.06 / hour

BSN RNs : $37.50 $56.23 / hour

Additional pay for Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts

4% pay differentials between ADN, BSN, and MSN-prepared RNs

Overtime eligible

Bonuses & Incentives

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000 (taxable) with 2-year commitment

Retention Bonus : Additional $10,000 (taxable) for 0.9 FTE commitment
