What you will be doing :

We're seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you take pride in hands-on work and have experience in maintenance, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values quality workmanship, and is committed to keeping our properties in top condition while providing excellent service to residents. As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will :

• Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Ensure that both the inside and the exterior of the property meet both company standards and applicable laws.
• Respond to maintenance tickets.
• Follow-up with residents and the office staff on status of work
• Work in an on-call rotation that will require night and weekend flexibility.
