Estimator — Cedar Rapids, IA (52404)

We’re hiring a skilled Estimator to join our preconstruction department supporting commercial and light industrial projects.

Responsibilities :

Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate takeoffs.

Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids.

Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals.

Identify value-engineering opportunities.

Support project teams through budgeting and buyout.

Qualifications :

3–7 years estimating experience in commercial or industrial construction.

Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, and Excel.

Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Team-oriented mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.
