Key Responsibilities
Lead paid media planning and execution across omnichannel campaigns targeting healthcare professionals
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns for live and virtual CME programs
Measure campaign performance, report on ROI, and optimize paid media strategies for maximum impact
Required Qualifications
8+ years in digital advertising or performance marketing, with 4+ years in the healthcare industry
Expertise with healthcare-specific AdTech platforms such as IQVIA and Lasso
Experience in event marketing with a focus on driving registrations and attendance
Knowledge of NPI-level targeting and HCP segmentation
Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and optimize campaign performance
